1. Return Eligibility – 30 Days

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns beyond this window.


2. Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll cover the return shipping at no cost to you.

  • If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order is damaged, not functioning properly, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges, once we receive and inspect the item.


4. Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days. Please note:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds will be issued for the product only (minus original shipping costs, if applicable)


5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you don’t see it within 10 business days, please reach out to us.


6. Restocking Fees

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the product type or reason for return. We’ll let you know ahead of time if this applies.
