What if my item arrives damaged?

We strongly recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery. If you see any signs of damage—whether to the item or the packaging—please note it on the delivery receipt. If you're unable to fully inspect the contents, we advise writing “possible damage” when signing.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and send them to support@landwatersports.com. We’ll take swift action to arrange a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
