When will my order ship and how soon will I receive it?
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. In some cases, they may ship out the same day. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to supply chain disruptions. On average, deliveries arrive within 4 to 7 business days. If extended shipping times apply, they will be clearly noted on the product page. Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! You may cancel any order for a full refund as long as it has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@landwatersports.com. If the order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy will apply.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please examine all packaging upon delivery. If there is any visible damage—even just to the box—note it when signing for the item. If you're unable to inspect the contents immediately, write “possible damage” on the receipt. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and email them to support@landwatersports.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
How do I place an order?
Ordering online is simple—just click “Add to Cart” on the item of your choice and follow the checkout process. You’ll enter your shipping and billing details and receive a confirmation once complete. Prefer to order by phone? Give us a call at 000-000-0000 and we’ll be happy to help.
How will I know when my order ships?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a follow-up email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you within one business day.
Will I get an email confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at checkout. Be sure to enter your email correctly and consider saving the confirmation for future reference.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Illinois and only apply sales tax to orders shipped within the state. If your order is delivered outside of Illinois, no sales tax will be charged—offering additional savings.
Can I update my order after placing it?
Changes can be made to your order at no additional cost as long as the item has not yet shipped. Just send your request to support@landwatersports.com. If there is a price difference, we’ll either issue a refund or send an invoice for the balance. For urgent changes, feel free to email or call us at 000-000-0000 for immediate assistance.
